Flexible Cancellation Policy
- More than 120 Days Prior: Cancellations made more than 120 days before the conference incur a $200 administrative fee.
- Within 100 Days: No refunds are available for cancellations made within 100 days; however, you may transfer your booking to a future event.
- Refund Processing: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation request.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued during the third week after the conference ends.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events. In the event of natural disasters, industrial action, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of the conference, registrations and accommodation bookings can be transferred to future events, but refunds will not be issued.
Visa Support Precision Global Conferences (PGC) provides Visa Support Letters for participants requiring a visa. Attendees are responsible for their visa applications.
Eligibility for a Visa Support Letter:
- Conference Registration: Ensure your HWC 2026 registration and abstract submission are completed.
- Valid Documentation: Provide a scanned copy of your valid passport.
- Institutional Support Letter: If required, submit a letter from your institution confirming support for your participation.
